Diversity, Equity,
and Inclusion

At MassMutual, our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) is a business imperative. We strive to create an environment that is equitable and inclusive for our employees, customers, business partners, and the communities that we serve. This enables us to attract and retain the talent we need to deliver on our purpose to help people secure their future and protect the ones they love. For more than a decade, we’ve been on a deliberate and focused journey to integrate DEI into all that we do.
