MassMutual plans to hold its 2026 Annual Meeting of Members on Wednesday, April 8, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. ET at its Home Office in Springfield, Massachusetts. The Company is encouraging members to participate in the 2026 Annual Meeting virtually.

Following registration, you will receive an email containing a link and instructions to participate in the 2026 Annual Meeting.
