Have your premium deducted from your checking/savings account through recurring automatic drafts on the date you preset. Life Insurance premiums are deducted monthly and Disability Income Insurance premiums can be deducted monthly or quarterly, depending on the policy type. Click here to set up a new automatic payment account or make changes to an existing one.
If you typically pay bills online via your bank’s website, consider paying your MassMutual premium this way also. Simply access your bank’s website and include your MassMutual policy information the same way you would any of your other payments.

Group eBill and ePay
Group bills aren’t just for businesses. If your household owns three or more MassMutual Life Insurance and/or Disability Income Insurance policies, you can set them up on a group bill, regardless of whether they have different policy owners.* Group bill customers can opt to receive bills electronically and can pay online or by check. If paying online, you can schedule the date of your payment. Please note that the Group eBill and ePay option may not be available in certain situations. Click here for more information about Group eBill and ePay.
* In some instances, policies on Group eBill that have different anniversary months and are not billed monthly may not appear on the same premium notice.
