    During the past few years, MassMutual has been recognized for excellence in providing service to retirement plan savers and their employers, as well as a manager of retirement investments:

    • For the second consecutive year, MassMutual Retirement Services received 41 “Best in Class” honors from PlanSponsor magazine’s 2014 Defined Contribution Survey. The annual survey is considered to be one of the retirement industry’s leading indicators of plan sponsor satisfaction with sponsor and participant services offered by their 401(k) provider.
    • For the third year in a row, MassMutual Retirement Services was recognized in 2014 as a champion for its defined benefit (DB) and defined contribution (DC) investor statements, according to DALBAR’s 16th annual Trends and Best Practices in Investor Statements report. MassMutual’s DB and DC investor statements earned DALBAR’s “Excellent” designation, while the firm’s DB statements garnered a first place ranking.
    • MassMutual was inducted into the prestigious Mutual Fund Industry Awards Hall of Fame in 2014.1 The highly-coveted Mutual Fund Industry Awards, bestowed by the editors of Institutional Investor’s Fund Industry Intelligence and Fund Director Intelligence, recognize the people and organizations that have stood out for their excellence, achievements and contributions to the mutual fund industry.
    • The MassMutual Premier Funds, Select Funds, and RetireSMARTSM Funds won top honors at the 2014 Lipper2 U.S. Fund Awards. MassMutual took home three top honors, including two of Lipper’s “Big 8” awards, which recognize the strong performance of multiple funds within key categories. The Lipper Fund Awards honor mutual funds and fund management firms for delivering superior performance relative to peers.
