Knowledge is the key to a successful financial future. My background, experience and commitment to providing you with the resources you need to make financial decisions, can help make your financial future as successful as you need it to be. I pride myself in getting to know each client so that I can understand their individual needs and what matters most to them. This helps me recommend products and strategies designed to meet their current needs, and more.
For Rob, entrepreneurialism is in his blood, having worked in the family business in various field and operational capacities. “I come from a long line of business owners,” explains Rob. “My grandfather and father were successful in the service industry, and I grew up with an understanding of customers and what small businesses face every day.” This early career experience laid the groundwork for the financial partnership with Yaeger, Treviso & Associates, *a local CPA firm in Webster. He works closely with small businesses and private individuals who value good information and personal accountability. In addition Rob is a graduate of McQuaid Jesuit High School and St. John Fisher College.
A commitment to service and the value of relationships are what drive Rob. “I have always believed I was most effective with clients who value information and education, and want to learn how to address issues in their financial life. I am a technician at heart; a natural researcher and analytical thinker. Hence the job I do today is ideal for clients who value understanding, critical thinking, and careful analysis as the foundation for helping to protect what matters most.”
A best fit for Rob is a responsible business owner who wants to the right thing for him/herself and his/her employees. “There is no cookie –cutter solutions. I recently attended a seminar put on by a retirement community and was astounded at the number of people asking very basic questions and the advice being dispensed. Solutions should not be ‘sold over the counter.’”
In addition, Rob works effectively with people from a variety of disciplines and stations in life. His focus is primarily in the following three (3) areas: Individual retirement and pre-retirement planning, helping with the complete needs of businesses and their owners, and family or individual planning for their estate. One of Rob’s strengths is his ability to understand the complexities of various lines of business and the drivers in each unique client’s life. “No one financial services professional can fit the needs of every market or client. While one of my strengths is my diversity of experience, I recognize also that successful relationships are built on mutual purpose and understanding.”
