Greg Cohn, CLU, ChFC, CFP has been in the financial services field since 1996. A graduate of the San Diego State University Business School with an emphasis in Finance, Greg began working with individuals and business owners in helping them to achieve their financial goals. He has been dedicated to helping his clients in the areas of Wealth Maximization & Preservation, Investment & Retirement Strategies, and Insurance Protection.
Starting in 2001 with MassMutual, Greg’s focus was on building his firm through recruiting, developing, & coaching his advisors to success. In 2004, 2010 & 2011, 2012, & 2014, Greg was awarded the Bronze Bowl for Sales Managers, finishing 3rd overall in the entire MassMutual system. In 2007, 2008, & 2009 he was awarded the Silver Bowl, being recognized as having the #2 Team in the entire MassMutual system nationwide and in 2013 Greg achieved the Gold Bowl, finishing the year as the #1 Sales Manager nationwide.
Recently appointed as Co-General Agent of MassMutual Northern California, alongside Robert Fakhimi, Greg looks forward to helping the steadily growing agency exceed its long-standing solid performance over the years.
Greg holds multiple licenses including his Series 7, Series 24 Registered Principal, Series 65, Series 63 and State of California Insurance License. Greg is a CFPÒ (Certified Financial Planner) professional and has also earned the CLU, and ChFC professional designations from the American College in Bryn Mawr, PA. He is the current President of his local National Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors.
Greg is a 27 year resident of California and resides in Livermore, CA with his wife Marissa and four children, Nate, Taylor, James & Maren.
