Bill started with Western & Southern Financial Group as an agent at the beginning of 2010. Bill progressed as a successful agent through the Management Exploration Program and became a Sales Manager in early 2011. Bill was a Sales Manager from 2011-2012 in the field at the Raleigh-Durham agency. After a successful start and progression as a Sales Manager, Bill was placed in the TAPS program (Talent Assessment Program). After evaluation and interviews for TAPS, Bill was promoted to Field Management Consultant in September 2012 out of the Cincinnati headquarters of Western & Southern. As a Field Management Consultant, Bill spent time traveling to field agencies and evaluating their success or lack of success for the home office.
Bill joined MassMutual North Carolina in early January 2013 to help start and build the agency with Dan and Heather Shanahan.
