Andrew Starfield is a Financial Planner with MassMutual Greater Philadelphia. He works with individuals and small businesses to help them protect their most important assets, accumulate wealth, and make sound financial decisions for their futures. He has a national practice that is dedicated to working with SBA lenders and their borrowers, leveraging MassMutual's QuickCloseSM program.
Andrew worked as business development officer for an SBA lender prior to joining MassMutual. Working with the owners of closely-held family businesses gave Andrew deep insight into the most pressing issues facing our small business community today, laying the groundwork for his future commitment to helping clients through planning at MassMutual Greater Philadelphia
Andrew began his career with MMGP in 2009. He earned the company's Rookie of the Year honor in 2010, and was a member of MassMutual's Rising Leaders and Leaders Club in each of his first five years with the firm. Andrew earned his Chartered Family Business Specialist (CFBS) designation in 2012. In January 2013, he was presented with the Norman Rowley Award. The award is given to the person who has made significant contributions to the success of the firm in 2012.
Andrew is active in the community, working with organizations like the Williams Syndrome Association, Lafayette Alumni Association, and Tree House Books. He serves as Treasurer and Board Member of Tree House Books, and was recognized nationally by MassMutual for his service to Tree House as a Community Service Award Winner in 2015.
