Andrew J. Cardile is a Financial Services Representative with MassMutual Greater Philadelphia and he a Registered Representative of MML Investors Services, LLC. Andrew’s broad knowledge of insurance and investment products provides his clients with the confidence they need when working with a financial services representative.
He has specialized in the 401(k) and retirement plan marketplace for over 5 years, representing businesses and non-profit organizations on a national level. Andrew helps small to mid-size businesses establish new retirement plans or enhance pre-existing plans. Andrew has emphasized his commitment to qualified plan support with his continued, extensive study of the rules and regulations that govern 401(k) s, 403(b)s, SIMPLEs, SEPs, and Single K programs. Andrew has been recognized by MassMutual with the awards of Rising Leaders (2011, 2012 & 2016), Fast Pace (2011), Leaders Club (2011-2015) and Agent of the Year (2015). Andrew also supports individuals in order to develop specific savings plans, retirement income analyses, and insurance protection plans. Andrew serves as co-chair on MassMutual’s Executive Committee where he works as a liaison to provide input towards the future direction of the company.
Andrew graduated from Drexel University with a B.S. in Business Administration and dual concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurship. After joining MassMutual in 2008 through the Drexel cooperative internship program, Andrew began working within the Agency retirement department and has transcended into a Senior Managing Associate. He became a licensed sales representative in June 2010 and he currently holds the FINRA series 6, 63 and 65 registrations as well as Life & Health Insurance Licenses.
As an alumnus, Andrew is very involved with the Drexel University Lebow College of Business Alumni association. He is also an associate member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and spends much of his free time volunteering with various charities including MANNA, Chosen 300, and other local organizations within the Philadelphia area.
