Hank Norman is a Vice President of One Wealth Management where he is responsible for helping business owners build, grow, protect and transfer a successful business along with providing strategies for financial protection for the owners and their families. Hank has a thorough understanding of corporate financial strategy needs, from closely-held family businesses to large corporations with hundreds of employees. He’s also knowledgeable and experienced in business development strategies.
Hank grew up in a family-owned construction company. Following his graduation with a B.S. from Colorado State University and prior to his financial services career he worked for 12 years as a business developer for contractors and construction companies in Southern California.
While he thoroughly enjoyed his career working with contractors and construction company owners, the burst of the housing bubble gave Hank a first-hand understanding of the need to protect financially what he was helping them to build physically. In 2008 he joined the financial services industry to help his clients do just that. Hank’s previous experience along with his affinity for the financial aspects of business development have helped him to be successful in serving the needs of his growing clientele.
His knowledge and experience in family business dynamics along with personal protection strategies enable Hank to work with his clients on both aspects of their financial lives; he makes sure to see the “big picture” view before recommending any actions or product solutions. Hank knows that financial strategies put in place to help protect and grow a business are closely tied to those for the owner’s family as well as the families of its top executives. Hank’s clients appreciate his thorough approach and the way his guidance helps cover them both at work and at home.
