Dakota Brizendine appointed General Agent in MassMutual Network

Springfield, Mass. – MassMutual is pleased to announce a leadership appointment in its affiliated distribution network. Dakota Brizendine, has been appointed as Co-General Agent with Commonwealth Financial Group, based in Boston, MA.

Brizendine was previously a managing director with Commonwealth Financial Group since 2019. She started her career in financial services as a financial advisor in 2013. She sits on the Board of Directors for Special Olympics Vermont (since 2019) and is an active volunteer for other community and professional organizations.

Brizendine joins Rick St. Jean and Eric Spindt, both Co-General Agents with Commonwealth Financial Group. The firm currently manages over $9.6 billion in client assets and provides comprehensive financial planning services for individuals and businesses across the New England.
