MassMutual was selected due to evidence of a well-being program that is designed not merely to “check the boxes,” but rather to engage employees in meaningful ways that support a healthy lifestyle. Applicants are evaluated based on the core components of their wellness program, including the goals, implementation, incentives, leadership engagement and employee participation. All applications are reviewed and judged by Cigna's multi-departmental review committee.
