    MassMutual Cinches Seven Stevie® Awards for Customer Service

    Company Honored in Multiple Categories for Dedication to Exemplary Service

    SPRINGFIELD, MASS., May 7, 2015 – Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company (MassMutual) was presented with one Gold and Six Bronze Stevie® Awards in recognition of its achievement in business.

    Stevie Awards, the world’s premier business award competition, recognized individuals and teams for delivering outstanding performance in customer service. MassMutual attended the ninth annual awards gala and took home seven awards, including:

    • Customer Service Team of the Year-Recovery Situation:  Customer Service Center Leads Initiative, Gold Winner
    • Contact Center of the Year (Over 100 Seats): Customer Service Center, Bronze Winner
    • Customer Service Department of the Year:  Customer Service Center, Bronze Winner
    • Customer Service Management Team of the Year:  Service Center Leadership Team, Bronze Winner
    • Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year: Blue Chip Services Team, Bronze Winner
    • Contact Center Manager of the Year:  Lisa Kos, Customer Service Manager, Blue Chip Services, Bronze Winner
    • Front-Line Customer Service Professional of the Year:  Stephanie Rodrigues, Field Services Consultant, Bronze Winner

    Competition for these awards was particularly stiff. Nearly 2,000 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were evaluated. Entries were considered in 54 categories for customer service and contact center achievements. More than 100 members of several specialized judging committees determined the Gold Silver and Bronze Stevie Award placements from among the Finalists during final judging earlier this month.
