MassMutual is not affiliated in any way with Opec AG Financial Group.
Opec AG Financial Group’s website further claims that Douglas Hendricus Alsem, Opec’s director of technology & marketing, is a registered representative of, and offers securities, investment advisory and financial planning services through, MassMutual affiliate, MML Investors Services, Inc.
Douglas Hendricus Alsem is not a registered representative of, and does not offer securities, investment advisory and financial planning services through, MML Investor Services, LLC (f/k/a MML Investor Services, Inc.).
It appears Opec AG Financial Group makes contact with potential victims through various channels, including email, mail from the U.S. Postal Service, telephone and overnight delivery services.
What to do:
If you have done business, or are in contact, with Opec AG Financial Group, consider filing a securities fraud complaint with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission or the U.S. Department of Justice. If you have done business, or are in contact with Opec AG Financial Group via mail delivered by the U.S. Postal Service or telephone, consider filing a mail fraud complaint with your local Postmaster or directly with the U.S. Postal Inspection Service.
