(Springfield, MA) – To support its strong sales pipeline for 2014, MassMutual’s Retirement Services Division is pleased to announce the following additions to its sales and client management organization led by Hugh O’Toole, senior vice president:
Jason Bouldin joined MassMutual on Dec. 23 as managing director covering Alabama and Georgia. Mr. Bouldin brings more than 15 years of industry experience to the company and previously served with Great-West Financial and The Hartford. Mr. Bouldin is based in Atlanta, Ga. and reports to Michael Reilly, regional sales manager.
John Cunningham, an 18-year veteran of MassMutual, has been appointed regional sales director covering western Massachusetts, Vermont and eastern upstate New York effective Jan. 1. Mr. Cunningham previously served the past nine years as regional sales director focused on strengthening Career Agency Sales across the Northeast. In his new role, Mr. Cunningham reports to Shefali Desai, regional sales manager.
Lauren Drapeau rejoined MassMutual on Jan. 2 as regional sales director covering Connecticut (excluding Fairfield County). Ms. Drapeau has more than 13 years of industry experience and previously served as an annuity wholesaler with MassMutual before her most recent role with MetLife. Ms. Drapeau is based in Rocky Hill, Conn. and reports to Shefali Desai.
Jon Ogren has been named regional sales director covering Kansas, Nebraska and western Missouri. Mr. Ogren is based in Overland Park, Ks. and reports to Derek Fuller, regional sales manager. With more than 15 years of experience in the retirement services industry, Mr. Ogren previously served with The Standard and Northwestern Mutual before joining MassMutual on Dec. 2.
Mary Kay Zoulek joined MassMutual on Jan. 2 as regional sales director for western Michigan and reports to William Hicks, regional sales manager. Based in Grand Rapids, Mi., Ms. Zoulek brings more than 12 years of industry experience to her new role, all of which was built serving advisors across western Michigan. Before joining MassMutual, Ms. Zoulek served with John Hancock and Principal Financial Group.
