Mid-Career Internship Program

    The MassMutual Mid-Career Internship Program offers graduate students work in several functional areas to build strong business acumen and further develop leadership potential. If you have a strong desire to work in a fast-paced, innovative, industry-leading and continuously improving business environment, the MassMutual Mid-Career Summer Internship Program may be right for you.

    Program Highlights

    Interns will have the opportunity to explore diverse assignment areas of Financial Management and Financial Planning and Analysis, Strategy and Corporate Development, Emerging and Target Markets, Product Innovation, Risk Management and Technology.

    In addition to training and job experience, as an intern you will have the opportunity to take advantage of industry educational workshops, mentoring opportunities and exposure to senior leaders.

    At the end of the internship, top participants will be identified to apply for MassMutual’s Mid-Career Rotational Program – an intensive multi-year program designed to deepen your strategic thinking, strengthen your leadership ability, and promote your capability to innovate. This program will submerge high-potential graduates into highly impactful and stimulating assignments that challenge the status quo.

    Eligibility Information

    • Enrolled in master’s degree program
    • Scheduled to graduate in the winter of 2017 or spring of 2018
    • Experienced with three or more years of full-time professional work
    • Proficient in verbal and written communications
    • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
