Early Career Rotational Program

    The MassMutual Early Career Rotational Program will provide you with exposure to a variety of roles within our marketing, finance, or operations teams that will position you to take on a leadership role. You’ll rotate through four, one-year assignments within one of these areas to gain a perspective of how departments are connected and will learn about our business from MassMutual’s community of professionals.

    Program Highlights

    The following are the tracks within the Early Career Program.

    Program members may rotate through the following areas:

    • Corporate Finance – Treasury, Tax, Procurement, Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis
    • Business Unit Finance – Pricing, Order Analysis and New Product Introduction
    • Corporate Audit
    • Investment Management
    • Enterprise Risk and Actuarial

    Program members may rotate through the following areas:

    • Distribution Marketing
    • Brand Marketing & Advertising
    • Marketing Strategy & Operations
    • Digital/Social Marketing
    • Data & Analytics
    • Community Responsibility

    Program members may rotate through the following areas:

    • Business Strategy – Change Management, Project Management, Process Design and Management
    • New Business and Underwriting
    • Claims
    • Client Services

    Eligibility Information

    • Enrolled in a four-year degree program
    • Minimum or better grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
    • Actively involved in leadership roles in student clubs or community organizations
    • Proficiency in oral and written communications
    • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
