The MassMutual Actuarial Leadership Development Program is designed to support participants through exams and prepare them for leadership roles. Program participants gain broad technical and industry knowledge over the course of several 18-24 month rotations.

As an intern in our Actuarial Program, you’ll be given a broad range of experiences and have the chance to demonstrate your ability to influence key business decisions.
