    Peer Perspective

“Through the ALDP community, I’ve been encouraged to take on leadership roles outside of my comfort zone, and moreover to seek them out when they’re not obvious. The program matched me with a mentor and coach who’ve offered effective advice for how to navigate the exam progress. They’ve also acted as invaluable sounding boards for my technical and career development questions.”
