| MassMutual enters its 15th year as the official insurance sponsor of the US Open Tennis Championships. As a Corporate Champion Sponsor, MassMutual is also the presenting sponsor of the juniors singles and doubles competitions. The US Open, one of four majors tournaments that make up the Grand Slam, remains the highest attended annual event in sports. |

| 2007 US Open Series |
MassMutual Financial Group is a charter sponsor of the US Open Series, which is an eight-week summer tennis season linking 10 major integrated professional tennis tournaments to the US Open. In 2006, the US Open Series events generated 994,000 million attendees, 42 million TV viewers, 200 total broadcast hours and over 1.8 million Web site visits.

| The Countrywide Classic, scheduled for July 16-22, is the longest running annual professional sports event in Los Angeles. This men’s singles and doubles team competition is held at the Los Angeles Tennis Center at UCLA. Proceeds benefit the grassroots program of the non-profit USTA Southern California Section and UCLA. |

| 2007 Indianapolis Tennis Championships - Indianapolis |
| The Indianapolis Tennis Championships, scheduled for July 21-29, has a long history in Indianapolis dating back to the early 1900's. This men's singles and doubles team event is held at the Indianapolis Tennis Center and holds the honored distinction of being named "Tournament of the Year" by the players on the ATP tour a record 11 times - 10 of those years being consecutive from 1988-1997 and the last honor coming in 2001. The tournament benefits Riley Hospital for Children and the National Junior Tennis League. |

| 2007 Acura Classic - San Diego |
| Heading into its 24th year and held at the beautiful La Costa Resort and Spa in Carlsbad, the Acura Classic is one of the premier events on the worldwide Sony Ericsson WTA Tour. The 2007 tournament, scheduled for July 28-August 5, will include women’s singles and women’s doubles team competition. Once again, the Acura Classic has designated the Scripps Polster Breast Care Center as its prime charity beneficiary. |

| 2007 Pilot Pen Tennis - New Haven |
| Played in New Haven for the first time in 1998 and formerly known as the USTA Hard Courts, the Pilot Pen has been one of the major stops on the worldwide WTA Tour since 1988. The Pilot Pen Tennis tournament became the first combined men’s and women’s summer tournament leading into the US Open. Scheduled for August 17-25, the 2007 event will benefit The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp, which serves children with cancer and serious blood diseases. |

| 2007 Danskin Women’s Triathlon Series |
As a company that actively supports issues impacting women and their families, MassMutual is committed to helping raise awareness about breast cancer and supporting research through nationwide outreach that includes educational seminars, local sponsorships and volunteerism.
Because of this commitment, MassMutual is proud to kick off its efforts in 2007 with Platinum sponsorship of the Danskin Women’s Triathlon Series, beginning Mother’s Day weekend in May. This premier event is a combined swim, bike and run race for women, and is the largest and longest running Series in multi-sport history. At each of the eight race sites, a local MassMutual agent will present a Pearls of Wisdom© financial seminar, and the company will make a $1,000 donation to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation for each seminar.
Our efforts wrap up in October with increased accessibility to our engaging seminars and local charitable contributions in recognition of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

| In 2007, MassMutual began a three year $225,000 commitment for a pilot Business Entrepreneurship Program at the Tiger Woods Learning Center in Anaheim, CA. MassMutual's donation will be used to develop and implement an after-school curriculum aimed at providing young people with entrepreneurial and financial literacy skills. Program participants will experience hands-on learning as they work to develop their own entrepreneurial concepts and apply them to real-world scenarios. |

The MassMutual Center serves as home to the Springfield Falcons of the American Hockey League and brings a variety of exciting events to Springfield. |

| The Springfield Falcons play in the American Hockey League, the number one development organization of the National Hockey League (NHL). As a feeder team for the Tampa Bay Lightning, many of tomorrow's NHL stars are playing today at the MassMutual Center in Springfield. The season runs from October to April and offers fans plenty of excitement and family fun entertainment.
