MassMutual
across the country: matching gift program
null
MassMutual representative Brett Rosen, President of the Oxalosis and Hyperoxaluria Foundation (OHF) board of directors, with Kim Hollander, Executive Director of the OHF.
MassMutual helps recognize and encourage the generosity of its employees, field force and company directors by matching their charitable contributions to qualified non-profit organizations. In 2004, over $500,000 in matching gifts were distributed, providing support to more than 1,000 organizations nationwide.

Eligible employees and field associates should print, read and follow the directions listed on the form below to apply for matching gifts.

CLU, ChFC, Cowan Financial Group in New York City

Mr. Cowan has utilized the Matching Gift program for over 15 years. In 2004, Mr. Cowan donated $1,000 through the program to the Oxalosis and Hyperoxaluria Foundation (OHF), an organization that provides support to families with loved ones suffering from Primary Hyperoxaluria (PH), a life-threatening kidney disease, which causes the never-ending formation of kidney stones. "It is a wonderful thing that MassMutual allows gifts that their employees make to be doubled in value so that treatments and cures can be a reality in a much shorter time," Mr. Cowan said.

Brett Rosen (CPA, CLU, CLTC), whose son Kyle suffers from the disease, serves as President of the OHF board of directors. Mr. Rosen (pictured above), also maximizes part of his contribution to the organization by taking advantage of a $1,000 match from the program. "This organization means a great deal to my family and me, and to have MassMutual stand behind these types of initiatives is extremely rewarding," said Mr. Rosen.
