The Human Rights Campaign Foundation The Human Rights Campaign is America's largest civil rights organization working to achieve gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender equality. MassMutual earned a top rating of 100 percent in the HRC Foundation’s annual Corporate Equality Index. The index measures the extent to which employers protect their gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender (GLBT) employees, consumers, and investors. Ratings are based on factors like non-discrimination policies, diversity training, and benefits for domestic partners and transgender employees. |
