The Association of Latinos at MassMutual and Allies (ALMMA) ERG values the many Hispanic and Latino cultures represented at MassMutual. The ALMMA’s mission is to provide professional development for Hispanic and Latino employees, as well as opportunities for networking, promoting diversity and awareness.

Enable, Achieve, Succeed & Empower (EASE) is MassMutual’s employee resource group for people with disabilities, caregivers and allies. EASE provides education and awareness to employees about disabilities and challenges they create. EASE promotes company resources and programs for disability-related issues. This employee resource group helps MassMutual be a leader of inclusive communications for disabled employees, allies, and caregivers.
The MassMutual Memphis Multicultural employee resource group is a membership organization open to all MassMutual employees in the Memphis area. This employee resource group promotes education and awareness of all cultures for improved target marketing, personal development, recruitment, retention and inclusion.
The Passages employee resource group is dedicated to facilitating professional development among African American/Black employees, and aiding MassMutual in recruitment, retention and marketing efforts involving the African American/Black community.
The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Allies employee resource group is committed to growing an inclusive workplace for all MassMutual employees. Pride believes in celebrating, recognizing and affirming employees and customers in our MassMutual community, and welcome allies as well.
