Center for Behavioral Research
Our Retirement Services Division launched a new Web site in early 2008 as a vehicle to share insights and information discovered in its Center for Behavioral Research. Research is published for the benefit of retirement plan participants, plan sponsors, and the financial professionals who serve them.
Our team of thought leaders works in collaboration with academic and industry researchers to conduct analysis on the behavior of employees in defined contribution retirement plans and the motivations that drive successful retirement. The Center for Behavioral Research offers a retirement research library that houses a series of white papers co-authored by a cross-functional MassMutual team. The library will consistently expand and currently offers topics such as:
- Best Practices in Employee Campaigns: Helping Them Get There
- Automation: 3 Steps to a High Performance Plan
- Tools to Increase Participation and Savings in Defined Contribution Plans
We plan to expand the role of the Center and its Web site across the entire MassMutual enterprise in the future.
Retirement Revolution®
We are proud to be the exclusive national sponsor of Retirement Revolution, a two-hour national PBS documentary series that initially aired in April 2008. The series takes a deep and comprehensive look at the retirement challenges facing the baby boomer generation.
The sponsorship builds on MassMutual's long-held belief that consumers require varying degrees of financial assistance at different points in their lives. Watch a preview video about the series, or visit the Retirement Revolution Web site.
